What You'll Do

  • You're a team player who communicates openly and lifts up those around you

  • You model calm, nurturing behavior even when little ones are having a big moment

What You Bring

  • Have or be working towards EDU 119 or an associate's/bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or classroom setting

  • Knowledge of play-based, developmentally appropriate practices for infants and toddlers

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program

  • Ability to pass a successful background check and meet all NC licensing standards

  • Pay Range: $15.00–$18.00/hour, based on experience and education

  • Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday (no nights or weekends!)
